It is advised due to limited monthly availability, that you call to provisionally book your newborn shoot prior to your baby’s arrival. I will then offer a date within 3-10 days of your expected due date. Upon securing your booking I shall text you all your confirmation details including my address.

Any changes to baby’s arrival you are requested to text me within 24 hours.

Should your baby be a tad impatient and arrive early I can then send you a new date and time for your appointment, if it’s required. Likewise, if your little one is also too comfortable and arrives later than expected, just drop me that text asap, within 24 hours.

If baby has not arrived on their expected due date (which happens 99% of the time), once again please inform me within 24 hours so I can free up your original booking for another client.

If an appointment is not attended without prior notice of cancellation, then a ‘no show’ fee maybe charged at my discretion. This is because I only offer 12 newborn shoots per month, should you not show up for yours it means I may have lost potentially offering the appointment to another client.

A minimum notice of 72 hours is required to change your session day.

Please note: Should you wish to cancel your booking completely, 2 weeks minimum notice is required otherwise your payment will be lost.

All newborn shoots offer 2.5 hours of studio time. Should your little one be unsettled on the day, a 2nd session maybe offered at a cost of £25. This fee however, will be deducted off any additional spend.

A 12"x 8" digital image. This has to be a single image (not an art worked or collection). Image must be of baby only, if you have requested a sibling to be included in your newborn shoot, these images can only be purchased in addition to your complimentary image. This image is only upgraded to an image on disc if you purchase 5 images or more at your viewing.

Your little one must be sitting up happily unaided for at least 10 minutes at a time. This is because I like capturing natural, relaxed smiles and if your little one is worried about toppling over then it’s going to reflect in their facial expressions.

Should your little man or lady be feeling under the weather then it’s best to call and re arrange your shoot for another day. Little ones become very clingy when unwell so the last thing they want to do is sit having their picture taken. All I ask is that I receive a call or a text message by 10am on the day of your shoot, this then gives me plenty of time to re arrange my diary for the day should I be able to.

*If you have booked in for a Smash the Cake shoot, then a min of 3 days notice is required otherwise there will be a charge of £15 (£25 if a deluxe cake is requested) to cover the cost of your cancelled cake.
